Account Profile
: Carnegie's secured login account is offered only to the primary driver on the policy; the policyholder.
This secured login provides access to additional options for managing your policy; make payments, status, due-dates, balance.
You may also choose email delivery of your documents and correspondence.
To create your Account Profile
, Click the
Create Account Profile
link, at the bottom of this information.
Additional help/instruction is available on that page.
Supply the requested information (and press the Create Account Profile button).
Note:
Be SURE the email address you enter is valid
because
you will immediately receive a "verification" email
You must click the link in the email to activate your account

After creating an Account Profile, you will have the option to sign up for future Automatic Payments. Log into your account to see the option of requesting recurring E-Check or Credit Card payment for future invoices.
When setting up to pay by check make sure you have your
checking account and routing numbers

Carnegie EZ Pay Online:
Select
"Make a payment"
on the main screen and login using your ID( Drivers License / Foreign ID / Matricula Consulares ) and Policy Number. You can then make a one time payment using E-Check or Credit Card
Carnegie Pay by Phone:
Call our friendly customer service at 805-445-1470 between Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, and make a payment over the phone through a checking account or Credit Card.
