How do I pay my insurance bill?
How do I sign up for Carnegie EZ PAY?
Visit
www.cgia.com and click on the Create Carnegie Profile link.
You will be guided through the Account set-up process. Once your Profile has been created and activated, click the Sign Up for Automatic Payments link to enroll your Bank Account or Credit Card for EZ Pay Automatic Payments.
How do I change or update my EZ Pay Credit Card or Checking Account information?
Your Credit Card or Checking Account information may be updated, changed or deleted by logging into your Carnegie Profile and clicking the Manage Automatic Payments link.
How do I sign up for Recurring (Automatic) Credit Card Payments?
Anytime you make an online credit card payment for your insurance bill you will have the option to sign up for future Recurring
Credit Card payments of your bill. After you complete your payment you can select a link to a page where you can request
(automatic) Recurring Credit Card payments for future bills.

What if I miss a payment or my payment is
late?
Your policy may be canceled for non-payment. If this occurs, you may be eligible to reinstate your policy.
You can make a one-time payment by visiting our website,
contacting our Customer Service Department during operating hours or you can mail* your payment to our office
at the address

approval by Carnegie before consideration of reinstatement.
I need an auto club service (locksmith,

If you have an active membership in one of our motor clubs, please call

I need new I.D. cards. How do I get them?
Policy documentation (including I.D. Cards and declaration pages) are accessible for viewing (in PDF format) or
printing by logging into your Carnegie Profile and clicking the View Policy Information link.
The PDF document requires that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader plugin installed in your browser. If you don't already
have the Reader you can click on the Get Acrobat Reader image in the lower left hand corner of the Policy Transaction
History web page.
You may also contact your producer or our Customer Service Department during business hours for a copy of your I.D. Card.
Can I add or remove coverage in the middle
of my policy term?
Yes. Coverages can be changed at any time during the term. Requests to change coverage must be submitted in writing,
either by fax or mail*, by the Policyholder to either Carnegie or your producer.
Keep in mind that some changes will affect the price you pay for insurance, so your premium may change.
Additionally, change requests that result in an increase in premium may require a down payment on the premium
change to be submitted at the time of request in order to be processed.
How do I cancel my insurance policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the Policyholder. Contact your producer, mail* us directly
or fax your request to
(805) 498-4805.
The request should include the insured’s name, policy number, and future effective date of cancellation.
How do I change my billing address?
Changes to your billing address can be made by the Policyholder through your producer or by contacting our
Customer Service Department. You may mail* us directly or fax a written request to
(805) 498-4805.
