Effective immediately, American Modern has placed binding restrictions on the state of California due to the Springs and Summit Wildfires.  No new business or changes in coverage on existing policies may be submitted in the affected areas.  Any new business or endorsement submission will be rejected. Additionally, no risk may be bound within a 25 mile radius of any existing wildfires.

Effective immediately, Tower has instituted a temporary moratorium for the following zip codes: Kern County: 93225 and 93243 due to wild fires in California.   This applies to new business and any requests for additional coverage on existing business.
